AUCBG has delivered Growth Clinics to more than 950 small and medium companies from all over Australia, Growth Modules to more than 175 CEOs and their teams, and has won two international awards.
About the Job
The Industry Professor and Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, sustained growth and effective operation of the Australian Centre for Business Growth (AUCBG). Working closely with UniSA executives and senior leaders, AUCBG staff and Growth Experts, key academics and industry. The position is responsible for business development leadership and delivery of all AUCBG programs and services. It also plays a leading role in developing and fostering national and international linkages and relationships with state and federal governments, selected corporations, and small and medium companies in Australia and elsewhere.
This position will reside in our UniSA Business Academic Unit as at 6 April 2020 as part of our organisational transformation.
Skills and Experience
As a highly regarded executive with strategic leadership, commercial and business growth expertise, you will bring considerable industry experience leading, developing and securing large-scale contracts for collaborative work with government and industry.
Highly credible across both industry and academia, you will demonstrate research experience relevant to business growth and entrepreneurship with an outstanding record of achievement in company growth, innovation, entrepreneurship or commercialisation to warrant appointment at a professorial level. A PhD qualification and/or established record of research achievements is desirable.

This position offered as an Academic Level E position, with a commensurate salary of $185,546 plus 17% superannuation and other benefits.
