Senior Manager, Industry Engagement Operations

  • 3 year fixed term contract
  • HEO10:  $119,198 + 17% superannuation

This position will lead and manage a range of activities in collaboration with Industry Engagement colleagues to support industry engagement and stakeholder partnership management, processes and communications.

You will have excellent leadership capabilities to lead and develop the Operations team with the ability build and develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Your strong negotiation, influencing and commercial acumen to identify new or process improvements is essential.

Manager, Business Development & Commercialisation

  • 3 year fixed term contract
  • HEO9:  $111,473 - $118,095 + 17% superannuation

This position will manage and drive innovation and commercialization to increase industry research income and improve research impact.

You will have demonstrated experience in facilitating research collaborations, as well as linking technical and sector knowledge, market insights and research. Your ability to build and develop key strategic relationships and deliver end-to-end conversions of opportunities is paramount.

Business Development Manager, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program

  • 3 year fixed term contract
  • HEO9:  $111,473 - $118,095 + 17% superannuation

This position will develop partnerships to expand our Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program that support La Trobe students, researchers and our industry and community partners. You will identify funding opportunities to enhance entrepreneurship and prepare submissions of program proposals.

You will have strong networking skills to develop links with industry, research bodies, government authorities and other relevant organisations to secure and implement partnerships.  Success in securing funding to support the activities within the Program with the ability to work in a large, complex organization.

Program Manager, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program

  • 3 year fixed term contract

This position will manage and coordinate the operations needed for the development and delivery of a new framework of innovation and intrepreneurship program with our partners and La Trobe University resources.

You will have program management experience from metrics to timelines, communication channels, contingency plans and sophisticated programs on tight deadlines within the university sector or related field.
