The Opportunity

CTI seeks qualified candidates to fill multiple full-time, multi-year Assistant/Associate/Full Professor positions to teach and research in the areas of Cyber/Information Security and Networking. Appointment will be made at a level appropriate to qualifications and experience. Faculty with distinguished profiles in the areas of: Digital Forensics, Information Security Management, Network/Internet Security, Ethical Hacking, Networking and Telecommunications are encouraged to apply. In addition to specialized courses, an appointee may be required to teach an introductory IT course based upon college and student needs. Appointments are beginning Spring 2020/Fall 2020 (January 2020/August 2020).

The Requirements

Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree at the time of appointment from an internationally accredited university in Information/Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Network Security, Cyber Criminal Behavior, Networking or a closely related discipline.

Successful candidates should demonstrate a strong record of teaching excellence and scholarly research in one or more of the following areas: information/cyber security, digital forensics, information security management, network security, intrusion detection systems, ethical hacking, wireless and mobile security, operating systems security, database security, internet-based application security, security analytics, networking, wireless (sensor) networks, telecommunications.

As the faculty is also expected to actively engage in various college and university committees and participate in community service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
Preference will be given to applicants who are familiar with ABET/CAA accreditation and have professional experience in a multi-cultural environment
