Job Description
- Manage R&D projects
- Manage laboratory and laboratory staff
- Prospect, propose, negotiate and submit R&D projects with government agencies and private companies
- Actively lead R&D projects execution
- Report activities and project results to the contracting agency/company and director
Job Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science and Engineering
- Industrial scientist or engineer with large industrial experience in additive manufacturing, ceramic materials and composites
- Management experience in the industry
- Experience in leading R&D projects
