The Department of Organisation, Work and Technology (see https://www.lancaster.ac.uk/lums/our-departments/organisation-work-and-technology/) at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) invite applications for an International Lectureship/Senior Lectureship to begin as soon as possible. 

You will be based on our campus in Leipzig, Germany. 

The department welcome applications in all areas of management that fit with research relevant to the research themes of the department. 

You will have completed a PhD. For a Lectureship you will have an emerging publication track record and some experience of undergraduate teaching.
 

For a Senior Lectureship you will have an established teaching track record, high quality publication record and some engagement with research funding opportunities.

Appointment will be made at either International Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level, in accordance with the criteria detailed in the person specification.

This role is based on our campus in Leipzig, Germany. The Leipzig campus will offer Lancaster University degree programmes, with the University retaining responsibility over academic matters; including Lancaster staff teaching the degree programmes. Navitas, who Lancaster are partnering with at this campus, will be responsible for the Foundation Programme, provision of leased premises and facilities for the campus, student recruitment and support services and administrative staff.
