We are recruiting for a key Service Desk Operator role in our Service Desk team, you will front the day to day operation of our Service Desk, resolving issues and escalating where necessary whilst offering excellent customer service to staff and students. You will be joining a highly capable team, already recognised as a centre of knowledge and expertise. You are passionate about technology and customer service and will bring strong technical knowledge along with an enthusiasm to develop our Service Desk.

St. Mary’s has a vibrant staff and student population, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an efficient and responsive Service Desk, contributing to the success of our excellent University.
