The post includes carrying out procedures and administration associated with room management, coordinating Student Society use of central teaching space, some room booking responsibilities, processing calls made to the Learning Facilities Management Help Desk, maintaining the Learning Facilities Management website and pro-actively implementing measures to ensure central teaching spaces are fit for purpose.  You will have good communication skills, be experienced in using the MS Office suite and have an eye for detail.
