We have an administrative opportunity to join our School Support Service based at our Craiglockhart campus. The School Support Coordinator will take a lead in programme and school support within the Programme and Student Support Team.

The role
The School Support Coordinator will work collaboratively with academics, the School Operations Officer and members of the team to support a range of functions central to the student journey including implementation of student engagement strategies in conjunction with the school leadership teams. The successful candidate will also implement new processes and practices to enhance service delivery specific to programme administration, coordination of the iPoint and have Health & Safety responsibility for the School Support Service Craiglockhart.
Working with the School Operations Officer, the School Support Coordinator will undertake the daily management of administrative staff including being the first point of contact on detailed operational queries and coordination of the iPoint to ensure that an effective and efficient support service is delivered.
Please note you may need to work across all three of our Campuses when required.
Who we are looking for
You will be a first point of contact to academics for programme and student support operational queries. Degree qualified (or equivalent) you will have a good understanding of administrative practices within the HE sector ideally. Experience of managing projects involving inputs from a range of stakeholders is important for this role. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment and multitask effectively. You will be able to evidence a systematic and process driven approach to your work.
