We are seeking a talented researcher in Statistics to join our School of Mathematics. You will have an excellent research record, an aspiration to obtain external research funding and a passion for delivering first-class inspirational teaching and supervision within a research-intensive university.

As a Lecturer, you will carry out research, teaching and management within the School, Faculty and University and contribute to academic leadership in the field of Mathematics with specific emphasis on probability and statistics. For appointments at Associate Professor Level, you must also be able to demonstrate international standing in your field, a track record of successful and substantive grant applications, the capacity to deliver an outstanding student experience and an ability to undertake successful academic leadership.

You will have a PhD (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field, a proven record of teaching in a University environment, and outstanding post-doctoral research experience in a relevant subject area.
