About the position
This position will provide high level executive assistance support to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Industry Engagement), who is one of the University’s most senior leaders. Some of the duties will include extensive diary management, travel arrangements, collating data/reports, monitoring calls/emails/mail as well as preparing agendas, minutes and supporting papers for various meetings.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have extensive executive assistant experience supporting a senior executive in a large complex working environment. You will have outstanding MS Office skills, advanced organisational and administration skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise at executive level and work under pressure. This role requires a great communicator with a proactive and flexible approach and a dedication to professionalism and confidentiality.
