The role holder will be responsible for coordinating the social sport and physical activity programme at Kings sport in pursuit of our ambition to be the ‘most active university in London.’

The role holder will be responsible for the coordination and development of Beactive, Beactive Staff & Beactive Halls, as well as delivering a number of one off and week-long events. Focusing on the customer experience the post holder will work with the physical activity manager to identify and implement changes to improve the programmes and drive engagement across the Kings community.

Working cross-functionally the post holder will develop relationships with faculties, departments and professional services to provide support and innovative opportunities to maximise the reach and impact of our sport and physical activity programmes.

The role will include managing a diverse group of student activators who are at the forefront of Beactive customer service. The role holder will manage, observe, develop and evaluate activator performance against an agreed set of standards.

The selection process will include a panel interview.
