The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences combines Kingston Business School and the School of Law, Social and Behavioural Sciences. Together, they cultivate critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to learning with an international outlook.

We are now seeking to appoint the Associate Dean, Research and Enterprise, within the Faculty. Reporting to the Dean and a member of the Faculty leadership team, the Associate Dean will lead, develop and manage all research and enterprise activity across the Faculty, aiming to increase the quality and quantity of activity, develop a stronger research and enterprise culture and support colleagues to build relationships and secure funding.
The Associate Dean will be a proven leader with knowledge and experience of research and enterprise development. Our ideal candidate will have a relevant personal research profile, will have led REF submissions and supervised PhD students. Entrepreneurial in outlook, the Associate Dean will be a strong networker with a track record of effective business engagement.

This role presents the opportunity to transform the Faculty’s approach to research and enterprise in a University that has made significant progress in recent years.
