Lecturer, Japanese Studies
The School of Language and Culture offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in various fields of applied linguistics. Applications are invited for a permanent, full-time lecturing position in our undergraduate and postgraduate Japanese language and applied linguistics programmes.
Applicants should have a relevant PhD qualification, be research-active with a proven track record of publications andhave expertise and experience in the teaching of Japanese language and culture at university level. They should be willing to make a significant contribution to the academic and research community of the School. Supervisory experience and a background in language teacher education, or other areas of applied linguistics, will be advantageous.
