We are seeking a Research Fellow to play a key role in the recently initiated Psychology and Allied Health Industry Partnership (PAIP) between Orygen’s Substance Use Research Group and Early intervention clinic (SURGE) and the YSAS (Youth Support and Advocacy Service) National Centre for Youth AOD Research. YSAS is the largest supporter of disadvantaged young people in Victoria with a particular focus on youth alcohol and other drug support services.

The successful candidate will work as part of SURGE to conduct research according to the agreed upon goals of this partnership. The Research Fellow will conduct high quality, high impact youth AOD research, evidence synthesis, and work to translate research outcomes into policy and practice, and may present this research at local and international meetings on behalf of the partnership organisations.
