We are seeking an outstanding leader to review and establish effective and efficient academic regulations and processes which safeguard and enhance the quality and standards of our HE provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in the development of Higher Education at Reaseheath as a part of a newly configured leadership team within the University Centre. The main areas of responsibility include quality management and enhancement, academic development, programme support, academic standards and regulations, appeals and complaints, admissions, student records and statutory returns. Reporting to the Dean of Higher Education, you will integrate processes and procedures within these areas and work across the College to ensure consistency and continuity for students and staff. 
 
Our ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience in enhancing the student experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Higher Education environment. They will have the ability to meet internal and external challenges and understand the factors which influence institutional success. 
 
You will be joining a forward-thinking institution with an ambition to continuously improve, innovate, and grow our provision to meet the needs of the land-based sectors we serve. 
 
Please note this role constitutes 'regulated activity' as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
