This is a key post within a busy Allocation Department within King’s Residences, managing income from a growing portfolio of accommodation, the role is integral into ensuring the systems and processes that support this important income strand are robust and effective.

The primary purpose of the post is to ensure the effective management of the income generated by our on-campus accommodation and the associated debt management processes.  The post holder will have responsibility for the support, operational delivery and proactive development of the Accommodation team’s finance business systems.  In addition, the post holder will have a comprehensive knowledge of finance systems, processes, data management and debt management plus an innovative approach to providing solutions.  

This post will be offered on an indefinite.

This is a full-time role.

The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment, a presentation.
