As the Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Strategy you will take on a key academic role and enhance the leadership capabilities in teaching, research and industry engagement at UniSA Business School. You will contribute to the development and teaching of high-quality undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA programs, including classroom and online delivery, and provide expertise and focus in Strategy and Strategic Management disciplines.

You will make outstanding contributions to research in a specialty area in strategy, through high quality publications, external research funding, and supervision of research students.

Skills and Experience

The level of appointment will depend on qualifications and experience relating to Level C or Level D requirements.

The successful candidate is required to demonstrate sustained, high quality teaching and research experience with discipline expertise in Strategic Management and/or related sub-disciplines. Experience working collaboratively with industry and/or government organisations to support research and teaching outcomes will be important.

The position will be appointed as a Level C Academic (base salary range $120,197- $138,353) or Level D Academic (base salary $144,401-$158,917) with a generous superannuation contribution of 17%.
