King's Business School is the ninth and newest faculty at King's College London, emerging out of the renowned School of Management & Business. We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate on our Academic Education Pathway, with an interest and reputation in Digital Business Education and Technology-Enhanced Learning to join King's Business School. There are presently over 100 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes.

We are going through an exciting development phase and are looking for high quality people with a track record in outstanding educational practice and pedagogic scholarship to join our growing team (from any business discipline). The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and so you will be expected to play a role in the standing and development of the school in this regard.

Given this role is on our Academic Education Pathway (AEP), the successful candidate will have to be able to contribute to excellent teaching and take a leading role in the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes - especially in the development of our online and blended offerings. The successful candidate will also be expected to take on significant responsibly for our MSc International Management and work with the team to ensure it is highly ranked in international rankings. We are looking to recruit a candidate who will help lead our work in digital business education and engage in teaching innovations that positively shape the learning experience of our students.

Please note that given that this appointment is on our Academic Education Pathway (AEP). Candidates with significant research outputs and profile, but with limited evidence of excellence in their educational practice and knowledge of innovative pedagogic practice are unlikely to be shortlisted. This is an education-focused appointment and candidates will be expected to evidence significant leadership in transforming and enhancing education and student learning within an HE context.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.
