King’s Business School is the ninth and newest faculty at King’s College London, emerging out of the renowned School of Management & Business. We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate on our Academic Education Pathway to join the Economics Group.  There are presently 140 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes.

As such we are going through an exciting development phase and are looking for high quality people with a track record in outstanding educational practice and pedagogic scholarship to join our growing team.  The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and so you will be expected to play a role in the standing and development of the Group in this regard.

Given this role is on our Academic Education Pathway (AEP), the successful candidate will have to be able to contribute to excellent teaching and assist in the development of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. We are looking to recruit a candidate who will engage and lead in teaching innovations to future-proof content and explore engaging delivery formats that shape the learning experience of our students.

King’s Business School is committed to ensuring an inclusive interview process and will reimburse up to £250 towards any additional care costs (for a dependent child or adult) incurred as a result of attending an interview for this position.

Please note that given that this appointment is on our Academic Education Pathway (AEP), candidates with significant research outputs and profile, but with limited evidence of excellence in their educational practice and knowledge of innovative pedagogic practice are unlikely to be shortlisted. This is an education-focused appointment.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.
