IT MANAGER, HR TECHNOLOGY, Human Resources, to manage the systems planning, budget, support, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and coordination of information technology for central Human Resources. Will identify the systems needs of all HR sections; and establish priorities and provide technical leadership in consulting, troubleshooting, training, and documentation. Responsibilities include configuring, implementing, and administering the software and/or hardware components of technologies related to the support of complex applications, architectures, data structures, and storage systems and their related implementation; assisting with the creation of policies, procedures, and standards for use of HR IT systems; overseeing all local HR computing infrastructure in alignment with IS&T standards and principles; and leading projects and teams to identify and plan additions and modifications to internal HR systems solutions such as Optix, QuickBase, and others.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor's degree in a technical area and at least five years’ experience in the field.  

PREFERRED:  strong grasp of information technology concepts and processes; experience supporting an HR organization in a manager of HR business applications, HRIS manager, or similar role that included implementation of cloud technologies; familiarity with standard strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management processes; ability to work effectively toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands; experience as a manager of people or team lead; and a commitment to providing exemplary customer service, including non-technical customers.  Job #18360-10
