Role Description
To support these activities, a degree in chemistry or related science is essential; a degree in an applied science related to fuels or petroleum, and/or a PGCert in Academic Practice, is desirable.
The following attributes are essential:
- Subject matter expertise in an applied science.
- Ability to communicate your technical expertise via lectures, practical classes, training sessions and workshops. Good technical writing skills in English.
- Experience of supervising and supporting students, and provision of academic and pastoral tuition to ensure successful completion of their courses.
- Practical experience of advancing technology in a relevant science area.
- Excellent organisational skills, including project and time management.
