Position Summary:

The Associate Student Learning Advisor is a Teaching Specialist (Academic) position with a primary focus on teaching and teaching-related activities and the development and delivery of excellent student learning support, and has an important role to play in the University’s achievement of its strategic plan, Making a Difference: The 2025 Agenda.

The Associate Student Learning Advisor will, under guidance, contribute to the planning, preparation and delivery of the Student Learning Support Service, including development of materials to support student learning; delivery of learning support to groups of students and delivery of learning support to individual students.  Student learning support will include face-to-face and online delivery. 

Please note: Pursuant to the Children’s Protection Act 1993 (SA) this position has been deemed prescribed.  It is an inherent requirement of the position that the successful candidate maintains a current Child Related Employment Screening which is satisfactory to the University.
