About the role
Located at La Trobe Law School at the Bundoora (Melbourne) campus, this position will be responsible for developing and delivering quality education in core and elective subjects across the Law School and to bolster the research profile and performance of the University. You will deliver high quality learning experiences in criminology and play an important role in developing teaching and scholarly engagement with flexible delivery and on-line learning approaches. Furthermore, you will build research collaborations within and beyond the university and pursue external funding opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- A PhD in criminology or relevant discipline area
- Demonstrated competence in teaching and curriculum development and incorporating online and blended approaches.
- Evidence of high quality and/or high impact research conducted and published or otherwise disseminated, relative to opportunity
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, or co-supervise, honours and postgraduate students.
