About the Job

The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science is an internationally renowned centre for research in marketing. The institute is offering an exciting opportunity to focus on the Institute’s Industry Growth Initiative and related research areas. Directed by the Head of School Marketing and the Director of the Institute, the Postdoctoral Research Fellow will play a key role in undertaking research that will be innovative and collaborative and will help to develop an industry and academic reputation for the Institute and School in this area.

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will have a relevant doctorate, paired with research expertise in high level quantitative analytical skills, particularly in dealing with very large complex data sets. You will be familiar with the software R and SPSS and have experience in analysing individual level continuous reporting longitudinal data in a marketing context. With a capacity to identify and conduct high quality research, evidenced in highly-ranked refereed journals, you will also have the ability to initiate and develop research proposals and submissions to obtain Category 2 and 3 research funding.
