Job Description

A two-year postdoctoral position is available on Plant molecular Biology and Physiology. The ideal candidate should be proficient in all the basic molecular biology techniques including CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing, NGS data analysis, QRT-PCR etc. A strong publication record is necessary for this position. The candidate should also have sound knowledge of abiotic stress studies and physiological analysis in Arabidopsis and Tobacco. Good knowledge of plant tissue culture will be an added advantage. The candidate is expected to have good writing and communication skills. Besides the duties as researcher, the candidate should be ready to help the students in guiding them for their projects.

Minimum Qualification

PhD in Plant Molecular Biology or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualification

PhD with at least 2 yrs postdoc experience
