The Faculty and University are currently embarking on a major infrastructure program for both teaching and research in science. This is in line with the University’s vision of creating the conditions under which convergent thinking can flourish in the domain of research and be an integral part of the student learning experience.

The University is seeking a world class academic leader to join as Dean of Science. The Dean will be responsible for the academic, research and resource management of the Faculty, and will play a major role across the University as a member of the University Executive. Importantly, they will in a collaborative way, provide vision and leadership in the strategic development of the Faculty and in the implementation of initiatives.

An excellent communicator, the appointee is expected to have global scholarly recognition in his or her field and the ability to work closely with other faculties and university leaders.
