The role
We are currently recruiting for a PA to support the School Dean (within the Health and Social Care division). This crucial role will provide confidential PA and administration to the School Dean, undertaking a range of duties including proactively managing the Dean's diary, effective record keeping, scheduling and servicing of meeting, arranging travel and other procurement. The role may also provide an administrative service to the wider School leadership team in support of the School's strategic objectives. The PA will liaise with a range of stakeholders including senior figures from external institutions as well as senior leaders across the university.
This role will be based at our Sighthill campus.
What we're looking for
You will have demonstrable PA experience from within a busy office environment, within the higher education sector would be beneficial but is not essential. You will be experienced in balancing competing demands and priorities and supporting more than one senior executive. Qualified with an HND or equivalent you will be able to work within a fast paced environment managing and organising your workload as appropriate. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build stakeholder relationships across a range of sectors and disciplines.
