DVC (Resources) & CFO

Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, the newly configured role of DVC (Resources) & CFO is a key strategic position and will play a central role in the leadership of the University during a significant period of growth and transformation. Responsible for the functions of Finance, Estates & Facilities, Information Technology, Performance & Planning and the Change Unit, the DVC (Resources) & CFO will lead a portfolio that will enable the University’s success.
The new DVC (Resources) & CFO will be an exceptional leader with significant strategic and operational experience gained at Board (or equivalent) level. They will take a lead role in overseeing the financial and business efficiency of the University, and lead on the financial strategies to deliver the University plan. An empathy and alignment with the mission and values of BCU will be critical, as will a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to engage with a broad range of audiences, both internally and externally.
