We are seeking to appoint a visionary, dynamic and ambitious Associate Dean (Health, Social Care and Partnerships) of the Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences.  The successful candidate will play an important role in continuing the transformation of the Faculty, and, specifically leading the development of a School of Health and Social Care at the Glenside Campus. The post holder will have strategic oversight of Faculty partnerships, including those with the NHS and other health and social care providers, working with the Executive and other senior colleagues who lead on specific partnership work, to ensure a co-ordinated, business focussed, outcome driven and, where appropriate, formalised approach to partnership work across the Faculty.

We are looking for an experienced senior manager with experience in leading a large team or department and a strong track record of academic and professional achievement. You will be an individual who exhibits a strong work ethic, inspires others and is motivated to create sustainable change.
