About the position

The Team Leader, Executive and Business Services is primarily responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure administration, finance, HR and resources support to the Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine are managed to the highest standard. 

Reporting to the Faculty Business Director, this position liaises, maintains and manages with a wide range of key stakeholder relationships, assists with the implementation and management of faculty strategic and operational priorities and is responsible for ensuring quality implementation and governance of business policy and procedure.

About the person:

The successful candidate will possess high level administration skills together with experience managing and motivating a team. You will be a dynamic professional who is highly organised, outcomes focussed and with exceptional attention to detail. 

Your ability to build and develop key relationships through excellent communication will see success in this appointment.

Experience within tertiary education and/ or a health environment will be an advantage.

Salary details:

The salary range for this appointment is $66 132 to $76 665 p.a plus 9.5% superannuation. Negotiable on skills and experience.
