Salary £38,017 - £42,792 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Officer to join the Education Process Improvement and Records team, to support delivery of key information governance and process change projects. If you have a passion for enabling change, service support and providing high quality training and resources, then we want to hear from you.

You will assist the Education Process Improvements (EPIR) manager in developing and maintaining project plans, lead on user documentation and training, and be responsible for checking that system and process changes are implemented and tested appropriately.

This opportunity would suit a confident problem solver, able to respond to changing priorities or situations and to manage your personal workload. You will be encouraged to identify and make recommendations for improvements (e.g. in policies and procedures) to support team and project goals. Experience working in education administration and on culture change projects are desirable.

You’ll join a small enthusiastic team, working closely with colleagues in Education Services and faculty and school administration offices. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, with experience working across organisational boundaries with teams of differing expertise.

We welcome applications from internal candidates who would like to apply on the basis of a secondment from their current role at the University, and will consider flexible working arrangements.

We expect to shortlist shortly after the closing date. Interviews are expected to take place on either the 4th or 5th February.

If you have any questions about this opportunity, please contact Nicky.Jones@bristol.ac.uk

We welcome applications from all members of our community and are particularly encouraging those from diverse groups, such as members of the LGBT+ and BAME communities, to join us.
