Come and lead our Media area in the creative and cultural capital of the world.

The Media area at UEL is evolving, we’re developing new courses to ensure the next generation of Media professionals are fully equipped for Industry 4.0. We are looking for a someone to lead our Media area on an interim basis to oversee the development of new programmes and ensure an excellent student experience across our current portfolio. This is an exciting time for Media at UEL and a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a great impact on the future of the area. 

We’re looking for someone with a strong academic background in an aspect of Media and experience of managing people, resources and budgets. With experience of successful academic leadership the right candidate will understand the complexities of large HE organisations and be able to initiate changes and have experience of developing and enabling staff to grow through a period of change. Candidates must also have strong communication and inter-personal skills in order to effectively achieve the above.
