The Office for Students is the higher education regulator for England. An important part of our role is to ensure those considering higher education have the information they need to make informed choices, including through our Discover Uni website. We`re looking to appoint an exceptional candidate to join our friendly and supportive student information and engagement team to oversee the development and of OfS`s Information, advice and guidance strategy including the ongoing management and delivery of Discover Uni .
The successful candidate will need to have exceptional organisational and planning skills. You will have experience of managing the development and implementation of websites. You will be comfortable working with data, and have experience of designing, undertaking or commissioning research. An excellent communicator, you will be able to work with and influence a wide range of partners.
Your work will include:
- Managing a small team responsible for the Discover Uni web-site including; further development of the website
- Collaborating with the Analytical Services team and HESA to support the collection of Unistats dataset.
- Ongoing research with students and other stakeholders is overseen to ensure information remains relevant, timely and robust
- The role also requires working closely with colleagues across the OfS to support the delivery of timely and robust data and with external stakeholders to manage effective relations with providers and other external organisations.
- Discover Uni is developed and implemented, including managing requirements set out by Government Digital Service

Location: Bristol based however some travel may be required.
