Job Description

The Department of Physics at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), is seeking applications for a research assistantship (RA) position in experimental material science. This position is supported by the University Research Office. We are looking for a very hard-working individual who is committed to outstanding research with genuine interest in Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOF) fabrications and Characterization. The MOF nanoparticles will be used to fabricate novel chemoresistive sensors for hazardous gasses.

Minimum Qualification

The successful candidate must hold a master or PhD degree in materials science, Chemistry and Physics.

Preferred Qualification

Be a fresh PhD graduate student with good experience.

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience

The candidate should have the fundamental knowledge in materials science and nanomaterials characterizations.
