An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bristol Medical School; Translational Health Sciences as a skilled Executive Assistant to work as part of the Executive Team that delivers all aspects of administration to colleagues within the School.
The post holder will provide administrative support to a group of academics based at Southmead Hospital, including booking national and international travel arrangements, complex diary management, arranging high level regional and national meetings, grant application support and dealing with incoming communications via a variety of media.
Excellent organisational skills are required along with a high standard of IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software, e-mail and web and general office systems. Well-developed communication skills are essential as the post holder will be dealing with a wide range of colleagues on a daily basis.
