Global Health - evaluation of palliative care in 6 WHO regions

We are looking for a post-doctoral researcher to join us at the Cicely Saunders Institute on a WHO-funded study. The project aims to evaluate the delivery, components and outcomes of palliative care in 6 WHO regions. The post holder will work with clinical partners in Oman, Jamaica, Belarus, Thailand, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.
Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, the post holder will be the dedicated researcher on this study, coordinating the data collection across partner sites, and conducting analysis and reporting. This Research Associate post is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher with good communication skills to conduct cutting-edge global health research that has potential to improve quality of care by direct evidence translation into policy and guidance.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 18 months.
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
