We are seeking a creative, energetic and motivated Events Manager to deliver Royal Holloway’s programme of reputation enhancing events.

Based within the External Relationships group, you will be responsible for day to day delivery of an established programme of activity.  Throughout the year, this includes events delivered by Royal Holloway’s own academics, in addition to lectures and events featuring highly respected individuals from institutions and organisations with whom the university collaborates. Events also include musical concerts and performances showcasing the skills of our talented students and many provide an opportunity for the university to host and develop relationships with our stakeholders.

As our Events Manager you will have strong organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to trouble-shoot calmly throughout. You’ll be an experienced professional with a track record of planning and delivering successful event or engagement activity and you will be capable of ensuring that all of our events are delivered to the highest standards. Stakeholder relationship management will be key and you will enjoy engaging with and influencing colleagues across the university and beyond.
