Job Description two full-time RA/SRA positions at the Centre for Writing Studies at JGU:

The Centre for Writing Studies at O.P. Jindal Global University invites applications for two full-time positions of Research Associate/Senior Research Associate, beginning Spring 2020. Since 2018, CWS has been engaged in teaching academic writing to undergraduate and postgraduate students across various schools in JGU. Developing process-oriented pedagogies which make academic writing accessible and equipping learners to engage with texts critically via the process of writing constitutes the broader vision which animates our work. We are also engaged in research which focuses on the political and institutional underpinnings of the classroom space, which in turn shapes our pedagogical interventions.

The successful candidate will teach courses in academic writing at post-graduate and undergraduate levels across various schools at O.P. Jindal Global University, conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students and engage in research and publication.

Applicants must have:

M.Phil. degree in Humanities or Social Sciences
