The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an accounting graduate looking to gain practical experience whilst working in a small organisation with a multitude of facets. The successful applicant will be given administrative tasks whilst being mentored and receive on-going training in managing reconciliations, accounts receivable, and proficiency in NIDA Finance Systems which includes Workplace (purchasing ordering system) and Jedox.

Commencing mid-January, this casual position will be working in a team that includes the CFO, Manager Finance and BI, Accountant, and Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer.

About You

You will be a collaborative individual with a proven collegiate communication style. You will have a relevant Degree or equivalent in the related discipline, looking to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, ideally commencing or have attained your CA/CPA. You will have the capability and demonstrated experience of meeting competing deadlines whilst responding to enquires under pressure.

This role would also suit a motivated individual who can effectively provide and explain to stakeholders solutions to their enquires.
