We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in image analysis in psychiatric disorders to join the Department of Psychological Medicine at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London. The postholder will work in the processing and analysis of large imaging datasets acquired in the context of studies on the potential utility of structural MRI, Diffusion Tensor Imaging and functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging in prediction of clinical outcome. The successful candidate will contribute to the processing and analysis of brain imaging data using volumetric, pattern recognition approaches among others, and building of normative and clinical brain growth modelling using big data. These data could be integrated with clinical, genetic, and behavioral data. This opportunity would suit candidates with either a background in mathematics or computer science or in neurosciences but with a strong record in computing.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract until 1 January 2022.
