Business Support Administrator
The successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Centre for Implementation Science (CIS). The CIS is home to a team of expert researchers, including improvement and implementation scientists, health economists and statisticians who are investigating how best to help ‘implement’ evidence-based practice and clinical research within health services in south London and further afield. The team is looking at the role of healthcare professionals, managers, commissioners of services and policymakers as well as organisational structures and processes to try to understand how health services can put into practice the safest, most effective treatments and ways of working.
The main duties of the role will include servicing centre meetings, organising events, managing and monitoring of expenditure, and being responsible for all aspects of office management. The post holder will have strong financial skills with a good attention to detail. Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Word will be required, along with the ability to work independently.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract to 30th September 2020 or until the return of the substantive postholder.
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent.
The selection process will include a panel interview and an assessment.
