This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual with expertise teaching geography science at secondary school level to join the School of Education, Communication and Society at one of the top 10 UK universities in the world. King’s College London offers an intellectually stimulating environment in which to work, where staff are dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and learning, in the service of society. The lecturer in Geography Education will lead curriculum development and teaching on the new Geography PGCE, as well as contribute to other programmes in the school such as the MA Education. This role will also contribute to the academic life of the Centre for Research in Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (CRESTEM) and will act as Personal Tutor to PGCE and MA students.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.
