About the position

The Student Business Centre provides administrative support and advice to students and Faculty staff on a range of matters including enrolment, timetabling, examinations, international student compliance, graduation, FEE-HELP, US Loans, Scholarships and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).

The Enrolment Advisor will work as part of a team to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships throughout the university community to facilitate information sharing including end-to-end understanding of processes and a holistic view of the student experience.

The focus of this role is to provide new commencing and continuing students with timely and accurate information and organisation of enrolment processes in relation to their program of study and includes, but is not limited to, study packages, enrolment, advanced standing, scholarships, timetabling, withdrawals, examinations, progression and exclusions.

About the person:

The successful candidate will posses a degree level qualification with at least three years subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education/training & relevant experience. Proven proficiency in the use of technology is required, as are well-developed written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in a legislative environment (HESA, ESOS, CRICOS) is essential along with superior customer service skills and the ability to manage high volume enquiries.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $66 132 plus 9.5% superannuation pa.
