Are you a skilled, dentally qualified researcher with a track record in bridging the gap between digital engineering and clinical dentistry? Do you enjoy working with a range of digital technologies and systems? Are you interested in supporting the delivery of an exciting new suite of digital dental technologies? 

As a Digital Research Engineer within the Digital Dentistry group you will be responsible for designing and producing new digital technologies and providing appropriate input into future developments. 

You will have experience of dental workflows and be able to ascribe clinical relevance to numerical digital data. Roles will include contributing to the design and testing of new digital equipment and algorithms, aimed at solving real clinical problems in dentistry. You will be driving development, using scripting, basic electronic engineering, 3D printing and 3D scanning as tools to this end. 

In order to be successful in this role you should be an experienced Researcher, be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as having experience of working as part of a team.
