The University of Lincoln's National Centre for Food Manufacturing based in Holbeach is recruiting for a Senior Administrator (Apprenticeships, Undergraduate and Post Graduate).  This is a permanent, full time post which would suit a candidate who ideally will have previous experience in an academic administrative environment.

The post holder will work closely with the Deputy Heads, Principal Lecturers, Programme Leaders and academic and support team colleagues, playing a key role in overseeing the effective administration of apprenticeships (from Levels 2 to 7) and postgraduate provision, helping to ensure an exemplary employer and student experience through their individual efforts and direction and support for team members.  

The ideal candidate will need to exercise high degrees of professionalism and judgement and will be a confident communicator. They will be able to largely manage their own time and determine priorities in order to achieve the required output, able to use their initiative, work as part of a team, lead team members, delegate and have the ability to cope in a dynamic and challenging environment.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
