Residential Services within Commercial Services have recently undergone a restructure and we are now in a position to invite applications for the post of Residential Customer Service Advisor.

We are looking to recruit a motivated customer focused individual, to deliver a range of reception services ensuring our student, staff and visitor experience reflects our Commercial Services mission of Delivering Inspirational Customer Service.

The post holder will provide a face to face reception service and be a point of contact for all residential service enquires, requests and associated residential administration. The post holder will work closely with other colleagues within the department, as well as colleagues from other Professional Services to ensure that a co-ordinated approach is provided for our core business of student residences and seasonal commercial hotel activity.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception / facilities / hotel and or residential environment and will be able to demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm for delivering Inspirational Customer Service. The role holder will have excellent administration, communication, organisational and problem solving skills.

Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy and pressurised environment on a shift based rotation, have good IT skills and an awareness of the developing digital environment.

The position is full time working 5 out of 7 days a week on a rota based shift pattern, including some weekends, early morning and evening working.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
