We have an exciting and challenging vacancy for a full time Post Doctoral Research Associate (Grade 6) to work on a Wellcome Trust funded study entitled Explorations of User Research: Impact, Knowledge and Historical Approaches (EURIKHA). Mapping the history of research, advocacy and activism by people with psychosocial disabilities, mental health service users and survivors. This post will focus particularly on knowledge generation in the Global South.
The aim of the study is to map the history, current work and impact of user-led research and knowledge produced by people with psychosocial disabilities, mental health service users and survivor.
We are looking for someone who has used mental health services or equivalent.
The project is led by Professor Diana Rose and is based at the Service User Research Enterprise (SURE) at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College, London.
This post will be offered on a fixed term contract for 6 months (with a possible 3 month extension subject to confirmation of external funding).
This is a full- time post.
The selection process will include a panel interview.
