Are you an academic with a water security, policy and governance background? Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge? Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research-intensive Universities?

You will work with Dr Anna Mdee to, develop and collaborate on the policy and governance work stream of the GCRF Water Security & Sustainable Development Hub The Hub is led by Newcastle University in collaboration with University of Leeds and Oxford in the UK, and with a range of international organisations, and partners in Colombia, Ethiopia, India and Malaysia. You will have a relevant doctorate and you will deal independently with a wide range of people and support existing research as well as conducting new research. You will possess excellent analytical and writing skills and the ability to deal with a variety of tasks to set deadlines. The ability to work alone or as part of a team are essential, along with strong organisational skills.
