Reporting to the Executive Director, and as a member of the Summer Executive, the Associate Director (Learning & Teaching) will nurture a culture of excellence in all aspects of summer learning and teaching at King’s.  

As both Senior Tutor and Co-Chair of the Summer Programmes Community of Practice, the role leads in the development and delivery of learning and teaching strategies in Summer Programmes and is responsible for driving forward positive changes that consistently deliver superior course outcomes and positive student engagement.

The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge and understanding of international education, a wealth of experience in client/partner management and a successful track record in programme development and delivery.  They will also be a confident leader, with a proven ability to manage high performing teams.

Summer Programmes is an institutional cross-faculty business development unit and this role offers a fantastic opportunity to influence and shape the sector, creating marketing defining international education opportunities.

This post will be offered on an indefinite basis. This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview. Interviews will be held on Thursday 5th December.
