Faculty of Student Administration

This is an exciting opportunity to join the professional services team in the School of Earth Sciences in the Faculty of Science. The role is a permanent grade D full-time post working 35 hours per week in a busy School Office.

As the role holder will be the first point of contact for enquiries from students and staff, you will have excellent customer care skills and be passionate about providing a high level of support to your colleagues and visitors to the School. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. You will have good organisational and administrative skills, be efficient and adaptable and used to working in a busy environment.

You will be experienced in using a range of IT systems and be able to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly. Previous experience of updating web page content and using Microsoft 365 is desirable.
